How delivery works
You get a confirmation email straight away with your order number.
Usually within 1–2 business days. Your tracking number arrives by email.
Fully tracked the whole way. Typical delivery is 7–21 business days depending on your country.
Anything wrong on arrival? You have 30 days and we'll sort it.

My tracking has not updated+
Tracking usually goes live 1–2 days after dispatch, and can sit quiet for a few days while the parcel moves between hubs. If nothing has changed after 7 days, message us and we'll chase it.
How long does shipping take?+
Typically 7–21 business days depending on your country or state and which warehouse ships your order.
Will I pay customs or import fees?+
No. Orders ship with duties covered — the price you pay at checkout is the price you pay.
Can I change my address?+
If your order has not shipped yet, message us with your order number and the correct address and we'll update it.
My parcel says delivered but I do not have it+
Check with neighbours and any safe place first, then message us. If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, we replace it free.
